Shipping 

  • Shipping charges depend on the weight of the items sent, however if you spend over $30 then shipping is free.
  • All products are sent out via USPS first class mail which takes about 3-6 business days.
  • Once we ship out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. Click the tracking number in order to see the shipments status.   

Returns

  •  We at Jam Naturals want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel like you need to exchange or return an item, please do so. We're happy when you're happy. 
  • First send us an email at customerservice@jamnaturals with the reason, once notified send back the original item (you will have to cover the return shipping cost) to:
